Running outdoors is rewarding and the gear needed is minimal. What do I need to start?

Shorts & Shirts Men's (Dicks Sporting Goods)  Women's (Dicks Sporting Goods)

Once you have the gear, the great thing about running......... running is free!

  1. I have to be honest, I was never much of a runner. What else do you do for exercise that you find helps you?

    1. Playing soccer on the weekends and I try to workout 3 times a week.

  2. I would have to agree with you, I have never been much of a runner either. I probably would have better looking legs if I was though.

  3. I have always admired runners. My bad knees never let me get too far, but I love to walk and hike. I liked your information about what gear to have and where to get it. I also liked your post about running is free! No gym to join. That is a good point. Nice blog.
