Running outdoors is rewarding and the gear needed is minimal. What do I need to start?
Shoes Foot Diagnostics (Runner's World) Shoes (Dicks Sporting Goods)
Shorts & Shirts Men's (Dicks Sporting Goods) Women's (Dicks Sporting Goods)
Once you have the gear, the great thing about running......... running is free!
I have to be honest, I was never much of a runner. What else do you do for exercise that you find helps you?
ReplyDeletePlaying soccer on the weekends and I try to workout 3 times a week.
DeleteI would have to agree with you, I have never been much of a runner either. I probably would have better looking legs if I was though.
ReplyDeleteRunning is good for the legs or even just walking a few miles a day:)
DeleteI have always admired runners. My bad knees never let me get too far, but I love to walk and hike. I liked your information about what gear to have and where to get it. I also liked your post about running is free! No gym to join. That is a good point. Nice blog.
ReplyDeleteThanks, hiking is hard work and great exercise.
DeleteI've recently downloaded the C25K app on my phone. I'll keep you posted on my progress and may be asking for some tips.
ReplyDeleteNike also has a nice app, the app is free. I will checkout the C25K app., let me know if you like the C25K app.
